Refund Policy

1. Milestone-Based Payment Structure
inXcripta operates on a milestone-based payment system. Each project is divided into clearly defined milestones with associated deliverables and payment amounts. Payment for each milestone is due upon completion and delivery of that milestone's work.
2. Refund Eligibility
Before work begins: If you cancel your project before any work has commenced on the first milestone, you are eligible for a full refund of any advance payment made.
Completed milestones: Payments for milestones that have been completed and delivered are non-refundable. Once deliverables for a milestone have been provided, the corresponding payment is considered earned.
In-progress milestones: If a project is cancelled while a milestone is in progress, a partial refund may be considered based on the percentage of work completed. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis by our team.
Unstarted milestones: Payments made in advance for milestones where work has not yet commenced will be refunded in full.
3. Quality Concerns
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of a deliverable, please raise your concern within 7 days of delivery. We will review your feedback and, at our discretion, either revise the work at no additional cost or offer a partial refund. We are committed to delivering quality work and will make reasonable efforts to address legitimate quality concerns.
4. inX Coins & Wallet
inX Coins credited as sign-up bonuses, first project bonuses, or referral rewards are promotional in nature. These coins can be used towards project payments or redeemed to a bank account as per the redemption policy. inXcripta reserves the right to adjust, expire, or modify the terms of inX Coins at any time. Bonus coins are non-refundable.
5. Discount Coupons
Discounts applied through coupons are non-reversible after the quotation has been accepted. Refund calculations, where applicable, will be based on the discounted (net) amount paid, not the original quoted amount.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@inxcripta.in with your project details and reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer, as applicable. Any applicable bank charges or transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
8. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases: completed and delivered milestones; projects cancelled after full delivery; dissatisfaction raised more than 7 days after delivery without prior communication; client's failure to provide necessary documents, data, or feedback leading to project delays; and circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
9. Instalment Plans
For clients on instalment payment plans, refund eligibility is calculated based on the total amount paid versus the value of work delivered. Outstanding instalments for delivered work remain payable.
