1. About Us

inXcripta is a medical research mentorship initiative operated by Blu Ink Academic Solutions OPC Pvt. Ltd. (MCA Registered Company). We provide structured guidance to faculty, clinicians, and PG scholars in research design, protocol development, data analysis, and publication strategies.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for medical professionals, researchers, and academic scholars who are 18 years of age or older. By registering on our platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Services

inXcripta provides research assistance services including, but not limited to: thesis guidance, research paper support, data analysis, study protocol development, ethics committee review preparation, GIST presentations, proforma preparation, thesis compilation, thesis viva and final presentation support. Our role is advisory and mentorship-based — we assist and guide the research process while the client retains full ownership and academic responsibility for their work.

4. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

5. Project Workflow

When you submit a project request, our team will review it and provide a quotation with milestone-based pricing. You must accept the quotation to proceed. Work begins only after your acceptance. Each project is divided into milestones with defined deliverables. Deliverable files for a milestone are released after the corresponding payment is received.

6. Payments

All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are milestone-based and due upon completion of each milestone. Payment must be made through the methods communicated by our team. Late payments may result in delays in deliverable release.

7. inX Wallet & Referral Programme

Registered users receive inX Coins credited to their inX Wallet. 1 inX Coin equals ₹1 in value. Coins are earned through sign-up bonuses, first project bonuses, and referrals. inX Coins may be used towards project payments or redeemed to a bank account. inXcripta reserves the right to modify the referral programme terms, bonus amounts, or redemption policies at any time.

8. Discount Coupons

Discount coupons are subject to validity periods, usage limits, and other conditions as specified. Coupons cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to revoke or modify coupons at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

All research work produced through our services is the intellectual property of the client. We do not claim ownership of your research, manuscripts, or data. Our tools, platform, branding, and proprietary processes remain the property of Blu Ink Academic Solutions OPC Pvt. Ltd.

10. Confidentiality

We treat all client information and project data as strictly confidential. We will not share, publish, or disclose your research data, manuscripts, or personal information to any third party without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to deliver our services (e.g., sharing with assigned team members).

11. Academic Integrity

inXcripta provides mentorship and structured guidance. Clients are responsible for ensuring their work complies with the academic integrity policies of their respective institutions. We strongly emphasise academic integrity and institutional standards in all our services.

12. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as publication acceptance, ethics committee approval, or academic grades. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate a project by providing written notice. In the event of cancellation, completed milestone payments are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
